Hi, I have a US mobile number (Verizon plan) tied to a physical SIM in my iPhone X. I would like to activate/convert this US number as an eSIM in order to add to my primary UK mobile (Vodafone, iPhone 14) in a Dual SIM mode as I spend most of my time in the UK but need my US mobile # for OTPs, etc.
I have tried the various options via Apple's software to add automatically (which does not detect it) as well as an outdated generic QR code. I am not sure if it is possible to 'convert' this US mobile number to an eSIM format to add as my secondary number on my UK mobile, but appreciate any support. I've not been able to find a customer service contact email/number or other thread on this topic. Thank you in advance.

We rely on connection no matter where we end up on the globe. We can definately assist with the steps to activate your esim with the US number. Are you currently in the US under Verizon network coverage?
