eSIM Activation

Hello - The eSIM from my device was removed and I am unable to reactivate and/or reinstall. Additionally, all other devices on account have disappeared and it now logs me in “Guest” .

The “Call Us” and “We’ll call you” options are available but when clicked the dialog says: 

“The activity you are trying to perform is currently unavailable. Please try again later.”

The “Chat” option looks to be disabled.

In a last ditch effort I purchased a prepaid plan to at least have a means to contact you all, but after trying to activate the prepaid eSIM I was notified it was already activated as well as registered on MyVerizon. 

Figured I try the the app as well but a dialog populated saying my account was restricted and I should use the website instead. 

May I have someone’s help please?
