eSim doesn't activate for brand new device from Verizon

In the process of moving from TMobile to Verizon. Bought 2 phones. One activated properly.

In the other it keeps saying sim is locked. Contacted verizon and after multiple levels of agents they sent some push activation and that disconnected from old phone from TMobile but didn't activate my new phone. So now i'm without a phone. And in the process the agents also apparently locked my account out for 24 hours,

Went to myverizon and setup a new account and tried the sim and esim and it says the following:

Contact your previous carrier to unlock your device.

This device is locked and will not work on the Verizon network.
Contact your previous carrier to unlock it.

The phone is a Verizon phone bought directly from Verizon. Solution from anyone? Thanks

Hello sheerfun, we're sorry for the issues you're encountering. We would recommend for you to reach out to your previous provider to make sure the device is not locked on their end.

This is a brand new device from Verizon. It has nothing to do with TMobile. Also, the number has already been transferred over to Verizon.

The IMEI and IMEI2 both seems to be locked by Verizon

Hello, sheerfun. Help is still here. I know it's been a few days since you posted this issue. Are you still in need of assistance? Were you able to get the phone activated?
