My wife's new phone worked briefly after activation, but soon after she was unable to make calls, and now she cannot send or receive texts either. We went through all the recommended steps to resolve it on our side, then spent hours with Verizon reps. The problem was escalated to Tier 2, and we were told she would get a text telling her the result. Guess what? She can't get texts, so if she got one, she didn't get it. Every other day there is an update message that Verizon wants to activate the eSim, and it fails every time. 

Is the phone faulty? Is Verizon to blame? This has been going on for weeks. I want my money back if this will not be resolved and soon.
