Why does my new iPhone 6s say it's not supported for family base companion?
Ssoutherland, I can understand your concerns. Family base is a wonderful feature for the devices to have a piece of mind of the usage on a device. I was able to look at a few requirements for the companion for the iPhone 6s. At this time the compainon is not support for Apple devices at this time. All controls can be viewed and changed on My Verizon. I do apologize for any inconvenience.
