I need help in using my new phoneme trying to do my backup assistance is not allowing me to do so

I would like to help you with your Backup Assistant issue. I first need the following questions answered in order to find a good starting point for troubleshooting:

What phone are you coming from?

Did you download Backup Assistant on this previous phone? 

Are you able to view your contacts on getbackupnow.com  after signing in? 

Where are you getting stuck at on the iPhone? 

The app that downloads contacts stored on the server from Backup Assistant for the iPhone is called VZ Contact Transfer. I would search for that in the App Store.
