i have gone online twice to block a number and im still receiving messages from that number, what should i do?

Hello! So sorry to see that you're still getting unwanted messages. While we do offer blocks against unwanted incoming calls and messages from 10 digit domestic numbers, that feature can expire/reset after 90 days. If it has been more than 90 days, you may wish to return to re-add the number. If it hasn't been more than 90 days, there may be another issue. Please advise. Thanks!
