Not sure if it is related to a recent upgrade or that we changed to an unlimited data plan this weekend, but now we don't have the hot spot. What happened?
At times this feature can be mixed up during a plan change. But not worries this feature can be added back to your account. CecileC_VZW

Which plan did you switch to? If it was the Start Unlimited Plan, it doesn't have the mobile hotspot feature included in the plan.
