how do I forward a text?

I think a spammer got my cell phone numer from a text I answered.  I saw on the internet that I can forward the text to the carrier by sending it to 7726.  How do I forward a text from a iphone 6s?

Click into the text message and hold your finger down over the text you want to forward.  A menu will appear showing "Copy, Speak, More...".  Click "More".  A check mark shows up to the right of the text you selected, plus empty bubbles to check should you wish to include additional lines.  Click the outlined arrow in the bottom of the screen and it opens a new message window.
