how do I get back deleted iPhone contacts ??

Hi guys , I lost some important contacts on my iPhone and I desperately need to get them back asap! Is it possible?? All help appreciated. thanks.

I know how important contacts are igamer2013 because I rely on my phone to keep in touch with all my friends and family. How did the contacts get deleted? Did you accidentally delete them or did you delete them off of iTunes? Have you tried to recover them from iTunes?  Keep us posted. If you recently synced your iPhone with iTunes, you should be able to recover the contacts from the backup iTunes created automatically during sync. Just follow these instructions: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766

In the future, make sure to keep a safe backup of your iPhone contacts via using the option provided by Verizon Cloud, iCloud, or keep them offline to your PC for easy restore as per these directions: http://www.copytrans.net/support/how-to-back-up-iphone-contacts/
