I have had my phone for about a week or two and one of my ear buds stopped working.

I would think Apple is the company you should contact since THEY included them with the device.

You can call Verizon since earbuds are included in standard warrenty unlike other phones. Vzw has them as we'll as the earpods which are better construction. Ear buds sometimes comes apart for me. Apple won't do anything unless you go to the store

Unless Apple changed it, you can contact them via telephone (go to the website and schedule a call back) and they will replace the defective ear buds.Go to the following link and choose iPhone, Service Requests & Troubleshooting, and continue through to select earphones. https://expresslane.apple.com/Issues.action
