Lately when I send pics on WIFI connect to another iPhone user it never gets sent. And can only be sending as a Text message instead of imessage... Sometimes it does being on the 3g network as well, it also does with normal text messages as well...
Anyone has a solution to this?
Also, my phone most of the times go from 3g to 0 and then it takes forever to send a text/pic to another person. I have exchange phones and it has been replaced as well... Verizon keeps telling me that it's the tower I am using, although it happens in totally different spots since I travel a lot for work... can anyone give me a solution?

If the person you are sending it to is not on a data network or wifi it will only deliver as a text
