Same Verizon plan, same phone number for years.  Changed to a new iPhone 14 Pro from iPhone 10.  Now all messages go out and come in as a "green" bubble, not the iMessage Blue bubble.  I have tried resetting the phone, turning off iMessage, turning off the phone, and restarting iMessage, turning off and on SMS,  and other suggestions to no avail.
