We have had our iPad for about 2 months. All of a sudden it won't connect to WiFi. Sometimes it says it is unable to join & other times that the password is incorrect (it isn't.) I have tried numerous things (reset all settings, holding down the power button & the home button, changing settings) and can't get it to work. We try to use it on wifi only. I'm wondering if I should try a hard reset?

First try rebooting the router by unplugging it waiting for 10 seconds and then plugging it back in. Even if it's working with other devices that has worked in some cases it's worth a try
