iPhone 11 Pro in Greece

Hi, I am travelling to Greece and would like to use my iPhone 11 Pro. My question is can I use an "0range eSim" in my verizon unlocked iPhone 11 Pro. The Orange package is about half the price of Verizon international plan.

Orange:  14 days, 30 GB, 120 minutes international calls, unlimited in Europe.  $50.
