I got my phone back in June and when I’m not connected to wifi I can’t use apps or internet. I can receive calls and texts but that’s it. I’ve tried EVERYTHING I’ve read online to do. Soft reset, network reset, airplane on/off etc. is there anything else I can try?

When not on wifi it shows 3 bars and LTE
thats why I’m confused about it. My partner and I are on the same account but his works fine off of wifi.
