iPhone 11 won’t work without wifi

I’ve had the phone 2 months and it’s been a problem using internet without wifi. Calls and texts come through but that’s it. I’ve tried everything else I’ve read online to do but nothing is working. None of my apps or browser work unless I’m on wifi.

Issues with data connections are never fun. We'll be more than happy to troubleshoot. Have you ever been able to connect to the internet since you've got the phone? Do you know other VZW customers with the same issue with data?
