Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me because customer support has not been able to. I pre-ordered the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 pro on the 19th and was charged for the taxes and upgrade fee to my card the day I purchased the phones. But yesterday, I got an email from Verizon stating that my order was put on hold because they could not charge my card. I looked at the charges they were trying to make and saw that they were the iPhone pro taxes and upgrade fees, but I don't understand why I am being charged again for something that I already paid for?
