iPhone 12 Pro Order and Trade-In

Hi...on October 24, I placed an order for an iPhone 12 Pro after the Verizon website said it was available for pickup at a nearby location.  I received the confirmation email that stated "don't go to the store yet" and "We'll email you when it's ready to pick up."

Since then I've heard nothing, which leads me to believe it wasn't available for pickup nearby.

I received the return kit for my trade-in and am coming up to the 15-day deadline for the return.  Its uncertain whether my new phone will arrive before my trade-in is due.

Is there anyway to get a better date on when I might expect the new iPhone 12 Pro, whether it will be shipped to me or to the store, and how that affects my trade-in.
