I recently upgraded from an iPhone 6S to a 12 Pro. Now, I notice that my phone is NOT connected to my network extender (purchased in 2014). The extender allows us to use our phones in the house instead of just outside (where reception tender to be better).
This is what I have tried:
- Restarting network extender
- Putting the iPhone right next to the extender
- Switching iPhone setting to LTE
Nothing has worked.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Pmottshaw, we want to ensure you can connect to your network extender as anticipated. First, we'd need to check for compatibility with your new device. Since Samsung did have 3 different network xxtenders available for consumers, can you please provide us with the model number for the one you have?

If you have an older 3G network extender, it will not work with iPhone 12.
I had to go buy the LTE version when I upgraded.
