On the phone with support right now and they claim that they cannot find a matching promotion to the one that I am describing. They are also claiming that I should have maintained the tracking number for my device that I returned for them 12 months ago. They have been over-billing our account since May and refuse to correct it and reimburse.

I have had the same issue, with them not honoring the promotion, and not finding the details of the promotion that supports what I am saying. Did you ever get this resolved?
