This has been going on for 2 weeks. No new changes. 1 ring and the phone sends every call to voice mail. DnD is off, WiFi calling is enabled but it doesn’t matter if I’m connected to WiFi or disconnected from WiFi, 5G is off, Live Voice Mail on it happens Live voice mail off it happens.
iOS is up to date.

Hello, my buddy runs his own business so I get needing to stay in touch with people and not have things go to voicemail if not needed. The first thing I recommend checking is the 'Silence Unknown Callers' setting on your iPhone. This is a new feature which helps filter calls from outside your contact list, but does send them straight to voicemail. Which sounds quite like the issue you're having. I've got a link on how to check that setting here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/111106

No that’s not it, for two reasons. 1. “Dad” is a known caller. 2. The silence unknown callers is selected “off”.

JH007, thank you for this info. Just to confirm, have you attempted to disable Call Forwarding? It may have been turned on accidentally. From your phone, please dial *73 and call. When the call connects, you will hear a beep and then the call should end. Once you complete this step, please attempt to test the phone to see if that worked.

JH007, thank you for checking. We recommend going through the troubleshooting guide to rule out any basic causes for this. You can find the troubleshooting guide here: https://www.verizon.com/support/devices/#mobile Just find your device and select "Troubleshooting" under it. After that, select the issue that most closely matches the problems you're having and follow the guide. Please make sure you sign into your My Verizon account so the troubleshooting steps are saved to your account as well. Let us know how it goes.
