I want you to be able to receive calls, and we'll figure out what's going on with your iPhone 15. We're going to send you a Private Note so we can gather more details.

Hello Jaimej. We would love to assist you. Can you send texts? Can you use the browser with Wi-Fi off? Please tell us more. -Joe

Everything works exactly as it should except that no one in my contacts can call me where I get any form of notice that an incoming call is coming. I only get texts and voicemail. 800 numbers come through no problem. I have removed all focus options and set all phone notifications to come through and still have this issue. Called customer service and they sent it to a higher tier who said nothing is wrong. This has been going on for months and only since I got the new iPhone 15 max.

I'm sorry to hear this is ongoing. I recommend checking to see if Do Not Disturb is turned on or visit a corporate store so they can review this with you. Find a location here: https://www.verizon.com/stores/-Joe

DnD was disabled when this issue began. I used to use focus but when this happened I removed those settings. It shows focus with a moon but itโ€™s not on. I just had amputation surgery so going to the store hasnโ€™t been an option.

Thank you very much for the information. As a last resort, have you tried to reset the device as a whole? This'll basically restart the whole phone as a new device and make sure this isn't being caused by the device itself. Here are the steps: https://support.apple.com/en-us/108931
