iPhone 15 pro max can’t receive images

I just got my new iPhone 15 pro max a week ago. I have been back to Verizon 3 times and went to the Apple Store in Greenville over the weekend to speak with someone at Apple about the issue I am having. I have went through every step there are from troubleshooting restarting phone restarting network u name it I have done it and I still can’t receive any images from certain android phones. All my settings are correct. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry for the issues you're encountering. While all iPhones can receive text messages by default, some might have MMS and Group Messaging disabled. If an Android user sends a picture, emoji, sticker, or group message, you won't receive it on your iPhone until the MMS and Group Messaging options are enabled.

I can’t get images from iPhone users also.

stephc174, help is here. Having access to all of your features is a must. Please tell me more. Did you have an iPhone prior to the iPhone 15 Pro Max or a different operating system such as Android? Has there been any reset completed on the device, such as a factory data reset? Are you able to use the other functions of your phone, such as calls and data (with Wi-Fi off)?
