Just picked up new iPhone 16 Pro. Got it home and it will not charge even though it says it is charging it’s losing charge

Congratulations on your new iPhone16 Pro! To better assist you, please tell us a little more. Are you using a new charger compatible with your device? What is the battery charge percentage?

Assuming you're using the charger which came with the phone, if that doesn't charge the phone, then I'd file a claim for a warranty replacement.
