iPhone 3G network

Hello again forum. iPhone 4 user. I live in East Rutherford, NJ by Giants Stadium and the network has been a little slow for 3G THAN USUAL, CALLED verizon said there is no outages in my area. I did the *228 option 2 and that fixes it sometimes but otherwise. This has happened I think before and after IOS5, please help with any solutions, thanks!
