iPhone 4 Contact Share

I am the Administrator for our company cell phones. One of our employees is leaving us to pursue a new endeavor and I would like to share/transfer the contacts on her iPhone 4 to another number on our business plan. The ultimate goal is to place the new number on the iPhone 4 but keep her contacts. Is there a way to do share/transfer these contacts with another user? Thanks!
