iPhone 4 Verizon Email

I have an iPhone 4 from Verizon and my email account is a verizon.net email account. I been experiencing problems with it. Say I get 5 emails all from different people, I would delete those emails and those emails come back. I went to the settings in the phone, everything is ok, called tech support, didn't know nothing, called Verizon ( main Verizon) nothing. Does anyone have any solutions to thing on how to get it fixed? Don't know if anyone else is having this problem. Thanks!

I am having this SAME EXACT PROBLEM.  Please advise if you found out how to correct this.

I changed my setting from "hourly" to "manual"  - I think this may have corrected it?

At least I know that I am not the only one! It is so frustrating but if I find a solution I will write it here but I doubt it.

How would that change it? You are still getting the emails but now you are getting them yourself, hopefully it works out for you. These phones always have a problem, lol
