I just started receiving duplicate text messages today on my iPhone 4. They are frequent, about every 5 mins. I've tried resetting my phone, deleting the conversation thread, and only when I've done all that and asked the sender to delete their thread has it stopped. But, it starts back up again when i receive a new text. I can't be doing this with every text I receive. I'm at my wits end.
Is the message spam or di you know the sender?
I know the sender. I can't receive any other messages from other senders.
Strange, did you install any call blocker apps? What I remember someone reporting a feature on iphone to block all calls not in phonebook, wonder if this feature works on messages also?
I need to do some searching or maybe some other iphone user know about this feature and can direct you...
