iPhone 4 to 4S data plan?

As of right now I have an iPhone 4. Luckily I have an upgrade. If I upgrade to 4S can I keep my unlimted plan?

Yes u can if ur transferring smartphone to smartphone so yes. Insurance will be more money but they can convert that.
