iPhone 4s Bad MEID

Someone sold me an iPhone 4s with a bad MEID. I can't find they guy not more so pretty much I got robbed. Is there anything I can do with it.

Sell for parts

use it to play apps.

Is there anything I can do that will get the feeling of wanting to destroy the robber if I ever see him again (most likely won't but it will help me sleep tonight thinking that) taken away from me.

Nope.  Word of advice which I always do.  If I buy a used phone from online I REFUSE to buy it if I don't get to check with Verizon before buying it, and I have to see the phone in person.
