For some of you that have not received your tracking number or email stating your order has been shipped there are a few things you can do to make sure there is no hang up in your order in the meantime.

1) Check with your bank/credit card company to make sure the charge was not declined as fraudulent -THIS IS HAPPENING and no notice is given, order then goes to back in line.

2)Make sure you did the order confirmation after placing your order, if not then this could be the hold up

3)Check spam email folder
