iPhone 5 will not connect to WiFi.

My iPhone 5 says it is connected, but it still won't load web pages or run any other apps that require Internet. All other devices in the house connect to the same WiFi, and the same problem iPhone 5 won't connect to WiFi anywhere else.

I've tried all the troubleshooting tips, even tried to restore the iPhone, but no luck. Any other suggestions? It's still under warranty at less than a year old. Will Verizon or Apple take it back or try to fix it?

Customer Service Rep

Hello CEShoe,

I am so sorry to hear that you're having issues with the wifi on your iPhone. If you've tried to restore your phone, and are still having issues, the warranty is the next step. If there is no physical or liquid damage to the phone, we can replace the device at no charge. A warranty replacement can be ordered by calling 800-922-0204, or by visiting a store. One of our Technical Support reps will be able to discuss your device issue with you, and provide your replacement options.

Thank you,
