iPhone 6+ - Expected Ship Date Note Available

I preordered a 16GB gold Iphone 6+ shortly before 12:00am PST on Friday September 12(I think 11:58pm on 9/11 when verizon web was open for pre-order).

In my confirmation email, it says the phone will be delivery by 10/14. However, when I look up my order status, the Expected Ship Date is "Not Available At This Time."

Any idea what's going on? I can't even see a pending item on my credit card for the full amount of my order.

Verizon Wireless Customer Support please help this.

We definitely understand the exciting with this phone order and how eager you are to receive it. However, you are seeing this error message due to the shipping information not being available just yet. Once the order ships this information will update so you can track your device.
