Has anyone else had this happen? I was told on October 10th that my phone would be on backorder until October 31st and that it may ship a couple of days before or after that date. Today being November 4th and no phone to show, I logged into my account for the first time to check the status of my order. At first I thought I would have to report theft because while I did show an order placed 10/10 it did not show cancelled yet it was under "Past Orders" and I had nothing under current orders. I tried to get in touch with an online rep to no avail. I went to the email attached to my verizon account and had an email from Verizon:

So, my question to Verizon is WTF??? Is this how you treat your customers who are waiting on an order you promised them? I've been a customer for years and this is a huge slap in the face. I am waiting for a phone and they do everything they can to fly under the radar when they screw up. VERIZON, SEND ME MY PHONE!
