iPhone 6s+. Hum and ringtones

I purchased the hum system from Verizon.  I am unable to connect Bluetooth product.  Under Bluetooth it won't allow me to look for device. What do I do?   I'd also like ringtones and ringback tones for iPhone 6S+

I am stunned to hear that you can not connect to the Bluetooth with your HUM device.  Have you placed the HUM device in pairing mode? Click here for instructions: http://vz.to/1SoGE4b. Also, iTunes offers the capability of purchasing ringtones directly through the store. Click on iTunes and you will have an options for ringtones. Since you do have an iPhone 6s Ringback tones can note be used if you are using Advanced Calling. Do you know if Advanced Calling is turned on? Click on Settings>Cellular>Data; if you see Voice and Data advanced calls is enabled.
