Also, iTunes offers the capability of purchasing ringtones directly through the store. Click on iTunes and you will have an options for ringtones. Since you do have an iPhone 6s Ringback tones can note be used if you are using Advanced Calling. Do you know if Advanced Calling is turned on? Click on Settings>Cellular>Data; if you see Voice and Data advanced calls is enabled.
