My iPhone 6s doesn't get reception at home anymore but my husband's phone, a Samsung S6 has no issues at home. Why is that and why did it change?
A quick check of Google seems to indicate that this is a known issue with the 6S. The first hit points to a topic in Apple's support forum. The topic has 823 replies.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge so I'm not overly familiar with all of the current issues affecting iPhones.
Whichever Verizon Wireless agent posts will undoubtedly ask the following questions:
When did this start happening?
Did it happen after any changes were made to the phone?
Is the phone running the most current updates?
What is your zip code?
Does this happen inside and/or outside your home?
Do other 6S owners in your area have the same problem?
