iPhone 7 Plus Delivered to Wrong Address

Below is the definition of guaranteed:

"provide a formal assurance or promise, especially that certain conditions shall be fulfilled relating to a product, service, or transaction"

I have been "guaranteed" a lot of things by Verizon and not a single one has actually happened.  Last year I called several times to make sure my iPhone 6S was being delivered to the correct address.  They guaranteed me that my phone would be delivered to the changed address and in my hand the day it was released.  It wasn't.  They delivered it to the wrong address.  This year seems to be no exception.  I even placed the order for mine and my brother's iPhone 7 Pluses with a Verizon customer service SUPERVISOR and was GUARANTEED that the phones would be delivered to the correct addresses.  Just received my shipping email this morning and guess where my phone is being shipped... NOT TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS.  I called 4 times from the day I preordered my phone until now to make sure they were going to deliver it to the correct address and was once again guaranteed by Verizon that it would be.  Upon calling a customer service supervisor again today she then also guaranteed that she put in a ticket to Fed Ex to reroute the phone and it would be delivered to my correct address.  Can you say deja vu?  This is EXACTLY what happened last year.  They shipped my iPhone 6S out to the wrong address, said they put in a ticket to reroute it and it was STILL delivered to the wrong address.  So basically it seems like I'm paying a lot of money for Verizon to constantly lie to me.  The fact that they can't seem to even ship something out to the correct address on a consistent basis says a lot about how much a company cares about its customers.  Obviously their customer service representatives need to learn what the definition of guarantee means, because what they're doing is not even close to right.

Starting to wonder why I pay so much for awful service.

Anyone else have this problem with Verizon and their "guarantees"?

Have you called FedEx to verify it's being shipped to the incorrect address?

Fed Ex only allows Verizon to change that.  It was shipped to the wrong address because Verizon gave them the wrong address.  Then my brother's phone was delayed even longer because they gave them the wrong address 3 times.  Needless to say me calling SEVERAL times in advance to double check that Verizon had the correct addresses didn't matter.

You can contact the shipping company and have them hold your package at your local Fed Ex facility,  I do that  every year so I don't have to take a whole day off from work waiting for my phone to arrive.
