My wife's iPhone 8+ has stopped accepting phone calls, and instead calls go straight to voice mail and are disconnected. I've checked all the settings, and I've reset the network settings, and made sure the Verizon carrier settings are the same as my iPhone 8+.
Every call matters, MM26PT2, and we want to be sure we look into what is going on with your wife's incoming calls. Since we will need to access the account, we are sending a private note to get to the bottom of this.
