I am seriously annoyed. I pre-ordered the iPhone 12 pro on October 19 and had a delivery date of November 18, but my order had to be cancelled because website didn't let me change the payment method. My phone had to be ordered again which I didn't mind, but now my new deliver by date is December 9th. To say I am angry with Verizon is an understatement, I just want my phone delivered to me. I want to know if there is anything I can do to get my old delivery date back?

I dunno why you act this is a Verizon exclusive thing. It's pretty standard to have to cancel orders to redo them. It's just a piece of metal and glass made in China, you'll be fine.

I don’t care about the cancelled order, I was just hopping to get my new phone on the 18th like I had been told because my current phone no longer works. It suddenly restarts itself, even when it has a full charge, and will crash when using apps, it’s like 5 years old and I need it for when I’m at work.
