iPhone Unavailable

I have an older iphone and switched my sister's sim card to it and switched her phone number to it as her phone was destroyed. Went through a series to "unlock" times and finally got it to accept her security code (I thought). It now just says "iphone unavailable". Can't get thru to anything now. Need to get some info from her cloud account if possible. Help?!

We're sorry that you're having trouble with some iCloud content on that device, as well as having some issues with the device itself. Since iCloud is an Apple product, you can find support for that service here: https://support.apple.com/icloud

Can you elaborate more on what happened with the device before it started to say iPhone unavailable?
