Well, I just received an email that my order was canceled about 30 minutes ago, which I certainly did not do. I'm beginning to think that the X and I aren't meant to be.

Ordered mine 11/6. Got shipping notification and my card was charged on 11/27 with a delivery date of 11/29. It's 11/30 and still no phone.
I called Verizon this morning and they aren't sure where the phone is. They say that their system says it was sent out but UPS says that they haven't received it. Verizon says that we just need to wait a few days to see if UPS picks it up which seems very odd.
Needless to say I'm a bit irritated and worried that neither side seems to know where the phone that I've already been charged for is.

Yeah, this is unacceptable. Verizon is definitely poor at shipping and taking care of their customers. Wait a few days, ridiculous. Amazon wouldn't make you "wait a few days".
