I'm starting this thread to lead out on the Order status...

What is yours?

Here is what i was able to do:

Ordered iPhone X 256GB Silver

Logged into Verizon at 12:55am MDT  (6 minutes before the phone was avialable to purchase).

I traded in my iPhone 7+ 256GB Jet Black.

I completed my order (oddly, it let me) in 5 minutes.  My order was complete at 1:00am MDT.

I have a confirmed order for November 3rd. (no real ship date info yet).

Should not be a problem. Mine was shipped yesterday but will not be delivered until 11/3. They ship FedEx overnight. So they could ship on Wednesday (or perhaps Thursday) and you'll still get it on time.

Checked my bank account and the charge is no longer Pending.... Its an actual full charge to my account.

Order is on track (being held for delivery on 11/3).

I think we are starting to see the charges come up on accounts. My card was charged this morning. No further emails have been sent from Verizon.

Update: charged for the phone on Saturday. Received tracking number. Phone is currently in New Jersey as of 6am, with a scheduled 11/3 delivery. I’m out in California.

I like how the Verizon app says it’ll be delivered today. Wish that were true. If my video doorbell shows that fedex was out my house any day before Friday I’m rushing home. LOL

Ordered at 3:02 EST 10/27 and found my tracking number on FEDEX website by using my phone number as reference number.   She's on her way! Smiley Happy

We want to ensure that your order is going to arrive on time, DOMBLA2. When placing a preorder your account will not be charged until your order ships so it is completely normal for there to be a delay in the charge. Since your order is expected to arrive tomorrow you should be seeing a charge on your account by now. I have sent a private message in order to further assist in case you have not been charged yet. Ordered 2 on 10/27 at around 2:05am central. The 256 silver has shipped but the 256 grey is still sitting at pending (per the app) though the estimated delivery is on the 3rd. Starting to get a bit worried though and I’m wishing I would’ve got 2 silvers instead; one is for me, the other for my husband.

I ordered the 256 gb silver and ordered on 10/27 at 9:45 a.m. CT.  My status shows processing (pending on the app) with a ship date of 12/1.

I got a credit card decline email from Verizon yesterday and I immediately put in my amazon credit card info as fast as I could. The charge shows up as "pending" on Chase's website and Verizon is showing my order as "Processing" and says "You order is in the works - Your order is currently being processed. Please wait until the product is shipped to receive further info."

What I want to know is that if my credit card is charged and the cost is showing up as a pending charge - Does that mean everything went through successfully? and should I still expect the 11/3 delivery date?

Thanks! I've been nervously and constantly checking both my refit card and Verizon account all day To see if there's been any updates. I really hope I get the phone on Friday.

Piscestgand rpgarrett75703- I actually just called Verizon's customer service to just confirm if the payment went through and whether I'll get the device Delivered on Friday or whether it will Ship on Friday. The dude told me that the payment has gone through and that the device will SHIP on Friday. I guess I’m not getting the phone this week after all. There goes my friday off. Oh well at least it’ll still get here hopefully by next tuesday. I really hope the dude was wrong and I get the phone by this Friday.

Unfortunately three different VZW reps often have three different answers. Here's what FedEx has on my tracking page-

Scheduled delivery:

Fri 11/03/2017 by 3:00 pm


Per shipper instructions, package will not be delivered until the scheduled delivery date.

Hopefully the FedEx page is more accurate than the VZW reps. Yes, it will be a long weekend for us if delivery is next week.

What does your online status say? Does it still say 11/3? If it still says 11/3 then it's still possible you will get it Friday 11/3. Of course it has to ship first. So if it hasn't shipped by Wednesday it's less likely you'll get it on 11/3.

I ordered only at 1218 (a bit late)

i see that verizon just charged my card, and my order changed from pending to processing

all it it said before was the 11/3 estimated ship

so I would assume that anyone who ordered before me should be getting it as well

the only other thing I wonder is if they prioritze depending on what plan you are on

i am on the unlimited plan

not sure if it matters

Zmm which one didn’t you order? I ordered silver 256 gb at 2:26 am with a delivery date of 11/03, and it has been picked up by FedEx already, but I also ordered a space gray 256gb at 2:27 Am with a deliver date of 11/15.. I wonder if it’ll ship earlier.. the silver is the wife’s .. I want mine. I envy those that ordered early. I stared at my computer screen for 10 minutes waiting for 2:01 central, and when I tried ordering, website had a glitch. I had to order through the app 26 minutes later
