What is yours?
Here is what i was able to do:
Ordered iPhone X 256GB Silver
Logged into Verizon at 12:55am MDT (6 minutes before the phone was avialable to purchase).
I traded in my iPhone 7+ 256GB Jet Black.
I completed my order (oddly, it let me) in 5 minutes. My order was complete at 1:00am MDT.
I have a confirmed order for November 3rd. (no real ship date info yet).

Are you offering any sort of compansation for not delivering tomorrow? My CC got charged 2 days ago and yet phone was not shipped at all so far. I called today and was told that my phones will be shipped tomorrow with 2-day shipping. So that's a 5 day delay (2 business days) vs what you promised during the preorder (and in the confirmation email).
if your email stated a 11/3 delivery date then you will have it tomorrow. Many reps get confused by delivery/shipping dates. Phones will be in hand tomorrow if your email stated 11/3.
Just got charged for the tax and 30 upgrade fee! 100 something USD. I ordered within the first 10min and have a 11/3 delivery day. It was processing and only a 1 USD pending charge. I imagine I would see the tracking number soon! Don't know why it took so long to charge my order but now they did!
My order status just changed from Pending to Processing. Not sure what that means. I could have sworn it was in Processing status before it went to Pending.
Mine went from pending to processing yesterday as well. That means they are preparing to ship it very soon. Expect a tracking number from FedEx by tomorrow morning. Mine was shipped at 6:57am today.
Yup my card was charged and status went from pending to processing! Woot woot

Got my tracking number and delivery for Friday! Will be out of town for a conference, but hopefully back in time to get over to FedEx to pick it up! Friday’s gonna be a looong day!
Also, never been so happy to see money disappear from my account before. This might be a one time feeling. Lol.
Has anyone had any movement yet? My phone has been sitting in Tennessee for days now. I know they are holding it, but I’m wondering when it will finally start to move to Texas (where I live). Im guessing Thursday.
I wouldn't expect any movement on phones until tomorrow. When ordering, it said 2 day free shipping so Verizon has been charging cards for the last day and printing shipping labels, they should all be sitting there still and start movement tomorrow is my assumption based on past history of preorders and experience with how Verizon ships.
Was charged last night. Received my tracking number this morning via the website. App no longer shows order processing at top and instead shows in Accounts-->Purchases as shipped! Scheduled delivery by Friday at 3:00pm (all times in EST). Good luck to everyone still waiting!

Finally charged: Tuesday, 10/31 at ~9PM
Tracking # provided: Wednesday, 11/1 ~8AM
The emails for my order had been going to another email address and completely missed the incorrect payment information email that came in on Saturday... JUST updated an hour ago and now I'm seeing the charge on my credit card. Do you guys think that I'll still be able to receive the phone by the original confirmation date of 11/3??? So stressed about it!

Last night, my order was "Processing" and this morning the status changed to "Shipped" and I have a tracking number. Sweet! What's odd is that my wife ordered hers a few minutes before I ordered mine and hers is still in Processing status. Hopefully hers will ship today too.

Here's something that strikes me as odd. I live in MD, when I got the tracking number for the shipment - the phone was in West Chester, PA after which it reached Coatesville, PA. It seemed like it was making it's way down to MD. I check today on the progress to find out that the package has now reached a FedEx Facility in Elizabeth, NJ. WTH?? Why would you go up north only to come back down south to make the delivery in the first place? This seems like a waste of time, effort and resources/money to do that.
I'm in Texas. Mine went from West Chester, PA on Sunday to Elizabeth, NJ on Monday. Including today it's been there for 3 days. Given that's it's supposed to be delivered on 11/3 I would hope to see some movement later today in order to reach me by 11/3.
I'm in the same boat. I live in NC and my iPhone is following the same route as yours. West Chester PA, to Coatesville PA, now Elizabeth, NJ "At Local Fedex facility. to come to NC. What really bothers me is this package has not showed up in my Fedex Ship Manager like others have. Verizon claims the shipping address is correct, but I've reached out to FedEx to confirm the shipping address They are supposed to phone or email me with information, but who knows. It's a little less stressful to know that mine is not the only package that has went up instead of going down.I will be livid if the package is still in NJ come Friday.
Mine shows in FedEx Delivery Manager and just where the package currently is (Elizabeth, NJ) and when it's due to arrive (11/3). It doesn't show any from/to addresses. But the address is correct in my confirmation email and it sort of shows a delivery address in FedEx Delivery Manager in a small drop-down box just above the package shipment information. I'm hoping to see some movement later today or at least see the status change to an updated location tomorrow morning. I'm not sure how often they update the status but perhaps it's once a day if the location hasn't changed and more often if the location changes within the same day.
So to answer everyones question, its not a single phone its a pallet filled with all our phones mine is in NJ as well coming from West chester. So they move a whole pallet of our phones together sorta like to a DC where Thurs they will ship overnight to your home. That way they get multiple so just imagine a full Semi filled with nothing but iPhone X pallets waiting to go to their DC (in this case) NJ it would seem. Rest easy our phones are on their way! 11/03 Day 1 Crew Represent lol..
