iPhone X order status

I'm starting this thread to lead out on the Order status...

What is yours?

Here is what i was able to do:

Ordered iPhone X 256GB Silver

Logged into Verizon at 12:55am MDT  (6 minutes before the phone was avialable to purchase).

I traded in my iPhone 7+ 256GB Jet Black.

I completed my order (oddly, it let me) in 5 minutes.  My order was complete at 1:00am MDT.

I have a confirmed order for November 3rd. (no real ship date info yet).

Can a VZW Support Agent slide into my DMs to help me check the status of my order? It's been stuck in processing for days.  My sister ordered her phone 30 minutes AFTER I did on preorder day and got hers today.  Same model. Same capacity.

Phone is on the delivery truck and somewhere out there.  Hopefully it'll be much sooner than 8PM.  Very excited.

I pre-ordered on Friday 10/27 and completed checkout at 12:04am PST. Received email confirmation for the order at 12:23am PST stating delivery by 11/10. Verizon’s website showed that the order would ship out on 11/10 all the way up until yesterday so I was super disappointed. Imagine my surprise when my CC showed a pending charge for the order amount yesterday. I just received shipping confirmation with a Fedex tracking number at 10:05am PST today 11/1 stating 11/3 delivery. To everyone who had future delivery dates, it is still possible for you to receive the phone on launch day. Keep the dream alive!

So I had my wifes phone charged yesterday and shipping info. The funny thing is Hers is comong from Mem. Ten. And mine is coming from West Chester mine is 256 SG and hers 256 Silv. Finally can rest easy now the waiting for it to get here game begins.

So I got my CC charged yesterday night (10/31-1/1) and no shipping info since then.

iPhones ordered 10/27 12:05ish

I placed my order on 10/27 at about 1 minute past midnight.  Have never received a single confirmation email from Verizon.  Credit card charged yesterday, but order status says processing with ship by date of 11/3.

Not sure about the Pallet in NJ sitting on a doc.... but mine isn't !! ha ha... Mine has been sitting in TN.... Going to UT.   Good luck to those of you showing new ship dates!

Mine has been sitting in TN and I’m hoping it make its way down to CA By Friday... it does days overnight for delivery Friday.. hope to see movement tomorrow

From what I can tell- it seems like the Space Gray iphone x’s are all in NJ right now and the Silver one’s are in TN. I would assume they will all start going to their destinations tomorrow...hopefully. The logistics of it are interesting to me. Really hoping for a smooth delivery process!! Already got my case And everything...just need the phone!

I ordered on 10/27 around 3:25am EST. Order confirmation arrived around 3:45am EST. Had an ETA of 11/15. Order was in pending status up until about 30 minutes ago. I noticed a charge on my card for tax. Went back into the Verizon app and noticed the devices went from pending to processing. So it looks like we got bumped up to a launch day delivery. I orders 2 space grey 256s

You are correct.  They DO NOT charge until the phone is ready to ship.  Good luck!

My card was charged and it seems my order is still processing. I’m getting nervous over here. I originally was told I had a ship by date of 11/3. The suspense is killing me!!!!!!!

They will not charge unless it is ready to ship.  You should be good-to-go.  Good luck!

I think the reason some ship dates are moving up is because other folks credit cards declined or their account went into an unfavorable status.
