iPhone X order status

I'm starting this thread to lead out on the Order status...

What is yours?

Here is what i was able to do:

Ordered iPhone X 256GB Silver

Logged into Verizon at 12:55am MDT  (6 minutes before the phone was avialable to purchase).

I traded in my iPhone 7+ 256GB Jet Black.

I completed my order (oddly, it let me) in 5 minutes.  My order was complete at 1:00am MDT.

I have a confirmed order for November 3rd. (no real ship date info yet).

Mine still shows that it’s sitting in Jersey but there was some activity at 3:30 with the “shipping information sent to fedex”, so that’s progress. 11/3 is still the delivery date, but my “deliver by” time keeps slipping. Was 4pm, then 4:30 and now 8pm. FedEx does come a bit later in the day for us, so this could be due to how busy they are going to be that day.

I woke up to an email sent from Apple at 12:49am that my shipment is on the way.   It is coming UPS and went from Hong Kong to Alaska yesterday afternoon, but then arrived to Kentucky 3:30 this morning! (I live in the NW.) Weird.  Hope it makes it back to me tomorrow. I guess that's what planes are for.

She also told me I ordered to early?? I set my alarm at 2:00 AM CST and got on the Verizon app at 2:01 AM CST and placed the order with no problems at all. But now I am being told i pre-ordered to early?  What does that even mean? So now I won't get my phone on launch day. I will most likely get it next week? How does that work? People who ordered after me are getting there tracking info and I still got nothing! Verizon has turned this into a disaster once again! The shipping address was wrong so called on Monday to change, he had no clue what he was doing so he said "He thinks he changed it" but to called back in a couple of days. So i called back yesterday 11/1/2017 and the lady said still shipping to old address. I told her i need to change it to the new one. She told me i would lose my spot and looking at end of December now. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold and came back and said never mind I figured it out.. She changed the address but shipping still says will ship on or around November 3????? Why? I feel like i was one of the first to order i should get it on launch day!!! I didn't wake up and do all this to not have the phone on launch day. I am so mad at Verizon right now I want to switch carriers even though I have been with them for 10 + years! Treating there customers like garbage. What is the point of pre-order if you do everything you are suppose to and you still get hosed? I know they do over-night shipping.. They can still fix this and I could still receive my phone tomorrow but I serious doubt it. Just a sad day to be a Verizon customer

I can certainly understand that you're looking to get your new iPhone X as soon as possible, LiveStrongRB. I'm sorry to hear about the miscommunication when speaking to customer service previously. When placing a preorder for an iconic device such as the iPhone you will be able to select your billing address for shipping. I want to be sure that all is well with your order. My 256GB Space Gray departed FedEx location, Newark NJ about 1:00 PM today. On its way to NC with delivery by 8:00 PM tomorrow. It's gonna be a busy day tomorrow for FedEx & UPS.

My phone is still in Elizabeth, NJ waiting to reach me in Texas. However, about 2pm today I got a ROBO call from Fedex informing me that I would be receiving a package tomorrow, 11/3, by 8pm. They also mentioned the tracking number and said that it would require  a signature and if I wasn't going to be home to sign for it that I could place a signed note on my front door giving the driver permission to leave the package.

OMG  we are all fretting and tracking our iPhone X purchases and there are starving children everywhere   

To quote Bob Marley, “...Everything’s gonna be alright!” ...even if I don’t get my new iPhone X ‘til next week...because I live in a remote location and (cough) UPS can be unreliable, and we have a windstorm (or, insert your own story).

Just checked my shipping status and finally saw some movement. Previously my package was in Elizabeth, NJ now it says as of 10:02 PM EST it was departing Newark, NJ which is where the airport is. It's only about a 3.5 hr flight to Dallas, TX. I'm about an 1hr away from Dallas. So, I'll definitely yet the phone tomorrow by 8 pm or earlier.

Same here.  It did not update on Verizon site, but I copy and pasted it into FedEx's website and it is showing movement.

That’s great! Mine departed TN six hours ago. I thought it Would have arrived in Texas by now, but no update since.
