I'm starting this thread to lead out on the Order status...

What is yours?

Here is what i was able to do:

Ordered iPhone X 256GB Silver

Logged into Verizon at 12:55am MDT  (6 minutes before the phone was avialable to purchase).

I traded in my iPhone 7+ 256GB Jet Black.

I completed my order (oddly, it let me) in 5 minutes.  My order was complete at 1:00am MDT.

I have a confirmed order for November 3rd. (no real ship date info yet).

Believe it or not, I'm OK with not having an 11/3 delivery or ship date... I'll be away for a a little while.  But 11/13 instead of 12/1 would be great!!

Did anyone else that preordered right at launch time NOT receive any shipping/tracking info?  I preordered a few minutes after launch and my order status is still Pending and I have not received any shipping/tracking info yet, although it shows the 11/03 delivery date.

I am in the same boat. I ordered 256GB Space Gray right at 2 am CST.. No tracking info yet. It says to be shipped on November 3rd. I really hope I get it on the 3rd. I ordered 1 min before the actually pre-order was suppose to begin! If it doesn't ship until Nov, 3 then probably won't get until 6th or 7th

Yes, I am right with you and LiveStrongRB. Called AGAIN today and also called my bank to make sure everything was good (verizon did charge me a $0 authorization). Verizon again told me my order was accepted and everything seemed good for 11/3 delivery. We shall wait and see. I hope that I wake up to a tracking number and charge tomorrow.

I don't think you and LiveStrongRB need to worry too much. I ordered mine at 3:20 am EST - had my credit card payment declined on sunday at 7pm - I immediately put in a different credit card within 20 mins, had my order stuck in "Processing" the whole day sunday and monday, I called the verzion customer service rep to confirm if the payment had gone through (my credit card showed a pending charge) and was told that the device would SHIP on 11/3 even though my confirmation says DELIVERS by 11/3. Woke up today to a Tracking number by FedEx showing that it's on it's way from PA to arrive at my doorstep on 11/3.

yeah i think whoever was able to put in their order in the first 20-30 mins thru Verizon are going to get their devices shipped and delivered by 11/3.

What color and size did you order?  I completed my order at 3:11am EST but got an delivery date of 11/10....I ordered the space gray 256gb.  I am hoping to get it this Friday but its not looking good for me lol...

hey man - if it helps, I ordered 256GB, White/Silver iPhone X. I completed my order at 3:20am EST and my delivery date is 11/3 (confirmed). Maybe your delivery date is 11/10 because probably more people ordered the Black/Space Gray version before you did by that time. But you never know - there's always a chance to get it delivered earlier.

yeah dude, getting it 1 week later is WAAAYYY better than getting it 1 month later, or worse getting it next year. I honestly didn't think i was gonna get mine on the day of, specially since I had all kinds of loading issues with the website at the pre-order time. I thought getting in my order 20 mins after would best case scenario give me about a 2-3 weeks delivery time frame, it was a pleasant and nice surprise to see 11/3 as delivery date. Let's hope you get yours sooner than 10/11!

Hi Ja90, I did not get a tracking number as of yet...hoping it comes sometime today.  I hope you gets your Friday as well, but it seems the phones are coming out faster this year than before.  Good luck!

Just got charged ($134.72) and changed in app from “pending” to ”processing”!! We’re moving along!! My anxiety can settle down a bit for now lol

Able to track my order but it’s literlly just sitting in Memphis at the FedEx facility don’t understand why Not ship early before 11/3 lol. I’m positive a lot of phones are just waiting to be deliverd Friday. What are the chances of an early delivery?

I know that getting a new phone is super exciting! I want to be sure that we are setting the right expectations. The phone does not technically launch until Friday; therefore, the phone will not be delivered before the launch date. Fedex has instructions from Apple not to deliver any devices prior to the launch date. I apologize for the frustration but hope you enjoy your new phone when you receive it.

I got my confirmation, it has a delivery date of 11/3. When I call customer service, it gives me a ship date of 11/3, so who knows. I assume if I'm going to receive it on 11/3, the charge will hit my card tomorrow (Wednesday) for it to arrive Friday.

Also; I saw somewhere where you can check your shipment through UPS or FedEx and get a delivery date.

Congratulations on your new phone! I'm sure you are eager to receive it. I apologize for the delay in our response, but I do want to ensure we are setting the right expectations for your charge on your card. Your card will be charged right before the device is slated to leave the warehouse. After your card is charged, you should expect your tracking information shortly thereafter. If your expected delivery date is Friday, I imagine you were probably charged yesterday (Wednesday). Please let us know if you need any additional assistance.
