I'm starting this thread to lead out on the Order status...
What is yours?
Here is what i was able to do:
Ordered iPhone X 256GB Silver
Logged into Verizon at 12:55am MDT (6 minutes before the phone was avialable to purchase).
I traded in my iPhone 7+ 256GB Jet Black.
I completed my order (oddly, it let me) in 5 minutes. My order was complete at 1:00am MDT.
I have a confirmed order for November 3rd. (no real ship date info yet).

Yes it is. That's why I'm not complaining too much about the wait. I've had Verizon for over 15+ years. I'm not switching anytime soon. It just upsets me when people who are getting their phones earlier than me that ordered later than I did. Only difference is they ordered through best buy or from Apple so idk why ordering directly from Verizon is taking longer to fill orders than 3rd party vendors are. Best buy has an order date of November 30th for a 256gb space gray model right now on Verizon so why do I have a ship date of 12/13 still? It doesn't make sense to me. Even some best stores have the phone I want size wise but not color. That's why I'm waiting for the space gray model because that's the one I really want and you can't find it anywhere without ordering it.

I ordered a Space Grey & a Silver 64GB iPhone X on November 5th at about 4-5pm. I received a original shipping day of December 1st. My car was charged on November 15th. It shipped on November 16th, and due to be here November 20th.

I ordered October 27 at 1400. Card was charged for 2 Space Grey 256 GB last night November 17 at 2017. Status changed from EDD of December 6 to preparing order for shipment. They processed the charges for each phone seperators so I'm going to guess it's coming in to packages instead of just one.

What would get the silver 256gb model through Verizon if it meant I could have it before my space gray arrives. That's how bad I want it.

I had an EDD of 12/6 and mines was shipped on 11/15 so will definitely be sooner than later.
Order SG 256GB 10/27 - 10:50 Eastern time.

You can check your local Best Buy to see if they have them available. I got mine 6 days after ordering (and 3 weeks prior to the date estimated). A friend ordered hers after trying mine. She was initially told 11/30 arrival. She got the email that it was available for pickup 2 days later.

I think I'm going through best buy next year. They are a lot quicker and easier to deal with. A friend of mines ordered through best buy on 11/4 256 space gray model and still got hers before me this week. Meanwhile i ordered 10/31 and I'm still waiting on myself iPhone because I went through Verizon. If going through a 3rd party seller is faster then I definitely want to do that next time if I don't go directly through apple first. That doesn't make sense how carriers take longer than best buy.

They are who I definitely prefer to go with just because they are amazing throughout the process. I‘ve ordered through Apple before and they were great also but I prefer Best Buy (less mayhem). Verizon...although in the past when I preordered I always got my device on or before the release day (luck of the draw i suppose) I almost always had issues with activation and dealing with the local stores is horrendous, even if it’s not extremely crowded.

I ordered mine on 11/18/17, and the expected shipping date is 12/13/17. I was wondering if there is a way to expedite mine. I will be traveling to overseas on the 10th of December for at least 3 months, and i will have to cancel my order if don't get by then. I'm so stress out right now.

I know orders have been coming sooner than expected, more so with the silver models, so one can hope that it comes sooner than the 13th, but I pre-ordered the space gray 256gb on 10/31 with a ship date of 12/13 as well and I'm still waiting for my order to get processed and shipped. So it's hard to tell when your order will get shipped being mines hasn't either yet.

It looks like orders are being filled about 3 week earlier than the EED. If you have the Verizon app keep checking it will change from pending to processing and that means it is ready to be shipped out.
