So I have an iPhone 11. All of a sudden, just like other users, I randomly have no service bars (literally none) and canโt make or receive calls or messages unless they are iMessages through wifi. I tried resetting my phone, I tried removing the SIM, I tried resetting network stuff, even chatted with Verizon forever. What is the issue. I know itโs not my phone because of so many others with the same problem. Do I need a NEW sim?

Regular sim and I have tried resetting network settings, all everything else that could possibly be done. Should I get new sim installed or could it be my Comcast router a problem with the gateway I read?

I have the same problem. I took suggestion of removing and reinstalling SIM card. Immediately after, I had a couple of bars and they disappeared again.

Knightzag, we understand how concerning it is to experience service issues. Is your device still experiencing service concerns? If so, can you share with us any additional troubleshooting steps that have been attempted? Did any of those steps help with service, even if for a short time?

Iโm having same problem. iPhone 11. Toggle in and out of airplane mode. Restart phone. Rest network settings. All help for a couple hours, then no bars again. Itโs starting to happen more frequently. Iโve also ejected SIM card and reinserted it. No help.
