iPhone beeps while placing a call to only one number.

I have the iPhone 5 with the latest iOS. With this phone, iOS7 and even on the previous iOS I hear beeping when placing a call to my home number. No other phone numbers do this. On the other end my number does not always appear on caller ID and the rings are oddly long. When the phone is answered the beeping stops. Could my home number be conflicting with something? How do I trouble shoot this?
